Refund Policy

Repair Services

For repair services, payment is due upon completion of the intervention. In case of failure to meet the agreed repair, the customer has the right to request a free corrective intervention within 30 days of device pickup.

Warranty

All repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty on replacement parts and labor. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or accidents following the repair.

Right of Withdrawal

For services purchased online (such as gift cards or service packages), the customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Code.

Refund Method

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 working days of acceptance of the request.
